Warranty Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Brand - Acer, Asus, Anker, Belkin, BlueAnt, Canon, Dell, Dymo, Fuji Xerox, HP, Garmin, Kensington, Kingston, Kobo, IQU, Intel, Lenovo, Lexmark, Lindy, Logitech, Micron, Microsoft, Nextbase, Planet Buddies, Poly, Ricoh, Samsung, Sennheiser, SteelSeries, Shokz, Targus, TP-Link, Targus, Turtle Beach, D-Link, ROCCAT, Yealink, Western Digital and other brands not listed in this document


Please lodge the warranty claim for these branded products directly with the brand vendor for a speedy resolution. Refer the product manual for the warranty claim process and the contact details. We can also help you with the warranty support details.

Brand - Apexel, Colmi, FLOVEME, Fashme, KUULAA, Mcdodo, JVMI, Meetion, Remax, UGREEN, Vention and Approved returns for other brands.


Aussie Gadgets warrant the products for the duration specified on the product page against defects in materials and workmanship. Please contact us at at sales@aussiegadgets.com.au, we will try to resolve it at the earliest. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package for warranty assessment. All postage charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note we don't accept the items sent to us without our approval (i.e. approved return id) or sent to incorrect return address. If the warranty is approved, we will pay the postage charges for the replacement product.

In the claim process, if it is found that a false claim /information has been raised/shared, the claim will be rejected and product(s) sent back at the customer’s expense (No Exceptions). Customer has to pay minimum service fee of $20.00 + GST per item in those cases.

Please note if we don't receive detailed information about the issue and/or receive a response from you for our emails (e.g. troubleshooting) in 7 calendar days from the date of sending it, your case will be marked as closed automatically.

Not covered under warranty:

  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to, negligence, misuse, tamper / disassemble, dropped or water damaged or force majeure, falls, extreme temperatures, water spills, operating devices improperly etc) 
  • Wear and tear or damage caused by improper cleaning and storage.
  • Non-quality related issues
  • Items delivered to wrong address provided by the buyer.
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Free products
Limited Warranty
For clearance items, either there is no warranty or warranty up to 3 months is covered.
